When you contact us through the form on this site we receive the name, email address and message you submit. Nothing else is taken from that form, and there is no account to create.
How we use it
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to support templates you have bought. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Analytics
This site uses privacy friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without cross site tracking. No personal profile is built and no data is shared with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for two years so we can honour later support requests, and are deleted after that.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it within 30 days.
