Terms
Licence
Remixing or buying a template grants one licence to build and publish unlimited sites, for yourself or for a client. The licence is held by one person or one company.
What is not allowed
You may not resell, redistribute or relist the template itself, modified or not, and you may not fold it into another template or theme that you sell.
The 3D assets
Renders and scenes included with a template may be used in sites built from that template. They are not licensed for separate resale, and not for use in unrelated projects.
Updates
Paid templates include updates for twelve months from purchase, delivered through the same link as the original download.
Refunds
Templates are delivered instantly, so refunds are handled case by case. Get in touch within 14 days if something is wrong and we will put it right.
Liability
Templates are provided as they are. We are not liable for losses arising from their use, and liability is limited to the amount paid.
